Indu Projects believes and adheres to the ideal of inclusive progress. It when humane compassion combines with entrepreneurial zeal, that the society truly benefits from the growth of an organisation. In this light, the company has various ongoing programmes that benefit the lesser privileged sections of its society and eco-system.

Indutsav: The activity encourages the company’s employees at all levels to come together and plant trees and donate blood through health camps and plantation drives. The activity has special importance for thalessimia  affected children who benefit from the blood donation camp.

Indu Shramik Nagar: A complete housing society built for 800 construction workers and their families along with schools, hospitals and play area for children.

Commenting on the Shramik Nagar, I Syam Prasad Reddy, Chairman & Managing Director, Indu Projects Limited said, “We are happy for what we are today and the company owes it to thousands of laborers, who strived to build a strong foundation for Indu. Our strength lies in our employees, laborers and the strong fundamentals that we practice.”

Training and jobs for BPL youth: The company has drawn a three year plan to train and provide jobs to over 10,000 youths in the BPL category.

Akshaya Patra: Indu Projects has supported Akshaya Patra’s scheme in the form of donations. This is a mid-day noon meal scheme that provides free noon meals to school children from the poorer sections of society to ensure that children do not miss their school.

Sivananda Ashram: An institution that provides comfort and care for HIV affected patients. Indu Projects has provided financial assistance to Sivananda Rehabilitation Centre for procuring medical equipments. This year too, our team met with the less privileged on the occasion of Independence day, a tradition that we hope to continue.

Indu Trust: We have recently set up 'Indu Employee Welfare Trust' with the sole motive of helping and reaching out to needy employees and their families especially in the areas of healthcare, education and social occasions like marriages, etc.

AADI Foundation: Indu Group is deeply involved with the Ananthapur District Initiative (AADI Foundation), an NGO that helps create employment opportunities among the rural youth.

Sports Sponsorship: We have taken up the sponsorship of Iska teerta, a promising and rising tennis star from Hyderabad.
