Over the years Indu Projects has delivered various residential and commercial projects including townships. The Group believes in developing integrated townships where besides the residential buildings there are allied essential services like schools, hospitals, malls and multiplexes, all planned for a holistic living. However, the Group also develops, builds and sells standalone residential towers and villas. In the commercial projects, the Group has developed various standalone complexes as well as industrial structures and IT, ITES, etc. The Group is also looking at venturing into theme parks going forward. With conceptualisation to completion, Indu Projects has capabilities in creating and delivering world-class projects with high degree of competence in every stage of design, architecture, planning, civil work and construction services. The Company provides a range of services for construction of residential buildings, commercial buildings, independent housing colonies, low cost housing, commercial co mplexes and factories along with all the supplementary infrastructure works such as roads, drains and electromechanical works. Indu Projects is providing these services for several MNCs, institutions and public enterprises and local bodies. Indu Group holds landbanks at various strategic locations in the country.

1. Indu Fortune Fields – A luxurious gated community in KPHB developed over 65 acres with 376 Villas, 640 apartments of 2&3 BHK, clubhouses, and other amenities like gymnasium, pool, etc.
2. Indu Aranya - An integrated township near Nagole X Roads, adjacent to National Deer Park in 50 Acres expanse consisting of 1,142 residential units of 252 villas and 680 apartments. Over 11 acres of open green spaces, water bodies, pergolas, and canopies add colour to the landscape.
3. Indu Fortune Fields, The Annexe – An extension of the Indu Fortune Fields offering, designed and built to the high standards of living that people associate with the Indu Fortune Fields offering.
4. Indu Skies – An integrated township spread over 100 Acres, adjoining the IT SEZ- Indu Techzone. Project comprises of Residential, Retail and Entertainment space, modelled on 'walk-to-work' concept.
5. Indu Pratham – Luxury designed homes at the Miyapur X road is conveniently located near the IT hubs and offers a serene and green living environment.

1. Ascendas Mall - Mall at International Tech Park, Bangalore.
2. Q City - 1.2 million sq feet office space at Gachibowli for a MNC. The project received the 'Best Office Development' award from CNBC.
