Our operations are broadly organized in two parts: 'Construction' on a contractual basis and 'Development' in the infrastructure as a contractor for:

a) external clients including government, private, institutional & MNC clients.

b) as a developer of our own projects in realty, theme ventures and core infrastructure like BOT projects.

• Our business line offers end-to-end solutions in the construction of large scale Power Plants, Transmission & Distribution projects, Contract Coal Mining, civil and structural architecture, design and construction services on a lump sum or item rate basis in irrigation, public health engineering, roads, industrial structures, railways, buildings and airports sectors.
• Under the Development line of business we are engaged in infrastructure and real estate development. We take up infrastructure projects on a ‘build, operate and transfer’ (BOT) basis with an initial focus on the roads and highways sector while our real estate development business caters to the development of residential, commercial and mixed properties and special economic zones (SEZ).
